LodgeMe lets you secure off-campus accommodation from anywhere in the country without being there in person. We confirm availability, hold your payment, inspect the room on your behalf, and meet you at the school gate when you resume.
What you pay, and what's refundable
The yearly rent shown on each room, plus a 2% LodgeMe service fee, paid to LodgeMe after we confirm the room is available and before inspection. If the room fails inspection, your rent is refunded in full. The 2% service fee is non-refundable — it covers the logistics of sending an agent to inspect.

Pick your campus and budget
Choose your institution and a yearly budget. We only show rooms within walking or keke distance of that campus.

Choose a room and send a request
Send a booking request with your matric number and move-in date from anywhere in Nigeria. It's free, and no money leaves your hands at this stage.

We check the room is still available
You get a reference like LM-2609-4KD8P1 straight away. Our team contacts the landlord or agent to confirm the room is genuinely free. If it's gone, we tell you and send similar rooms around the same campus.

Pay LodgeMe to secure the room
Once the room is confirmed available, you pay LodgeMe the yearly rent plus a 2% service fee. LodgeMe holds the money — the landlord receives nothing yet. Never pay a landlord or agent directly.

A LodgeMe agent inspects the room for you
You don't need to travel. Our agent visits the lodge and checks it matches the listing. If it passes, we release your rent to the landlord/agent. If it fails, we refund your full rent — only the 2% service fee is kept, because it covers the cost of the inspection trip.

Arrive and get picked up at the school gate
On your chosen move-in date a LodgeMe agent meets you at the school gate and takes you straight to your lodge. No wandering around a new town with your luggage.
