How does LodgeMe work?
Pick your campus and budget, choose a room, and send a free booking request. We confirm the room is still available, you pay LodgeMe the yearly rent plus a 2% service fee, our agent inspects the room, and we meet you at the school gate on your move-in date.
Do I need to visit the room before paying?
No. LodgeMe was built so you can book from anywhere in Nigeria. We inspect the room on your behalf after you pay, so you don't have to travel until resumption day.
What happens if the inspection fails?
If the room does not match the listing, we refund your full rent. The 2% service fee is non-refundable because it covers the cost of sending an agent to inspect.
When does the landlord get paid?
The landlord or agent only receives your rent after the room passes our inspection. Until then, LodgeMe holds your payment securely.
How do I get to my lodge on move-in day?
A LodgeMe agent or staff will pick you up at your school gate on your selected move-in date and take you straight to your lodge.
Are the listings real and verified?
Every listing on LodgeMe is visited and photographed by our team before it goes live. We also verify landlords and agents before they can receive bookings.
Can I list my own room or hostel?
Yes. Landlords and agents can sign up, submit a listing, and start receiving booking requests once it is approved by our team.
